摘要
近年来,我国杂交水稻的栽培面积越来越大,对农业生产的发展起了很大作用。但由于在杂交水稻育种过程中考虑丰产性较多,对组合的抗病虫性研究较少,以致目前推广中的某些杂交水稻组合抗病虫能力很差,给农业生产造成了损失。鉴于稻褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)对水稻的危害日益加重,我们在1977、1978两年中以湖南省试验和推广的63个杂交水稻组合和亲本为材料,研究了它们对褐飞虱的抗性表现,为杂交水稻的抗性育种和抗虫杂交水稻的推广提供一些参考材料。
This paper deals with the resistance to brown planthopper in 65 hybrid rice combinations and their parents,which have been widely tried and grown in Hunan province.Field and laboratory tests proved that Nan You 6 and Vei You 6 were resistant to brown planthopper,and their resistance mechanism was identified as antibiosis and nonpreference,Biochemical analysis showed that the resistance in Nan You 6 and Yei You 6 to brown planthopper was in connection with the free amino-acids content in their plants.The content of their aspartic acid,asparagine,valine,alanine,glutamic acid,which can stimulate brown planthopper to feed was about one third to fifth of the content of the susceptible rarieties,while the content of their r-amino-bulyric acid,which is unfavorable for brown planthopper to feed was 3—4 times higher than that of susceptible varieties.As a result of identification to parents of hybrid rice,it was found that the resistance in Nan You 6 and Vei You 6 was inherited from IR26 and their gene for resistance was Bphl.
