摘要
番茄花叶病在我省发生普遍,1979年兰州市三座大型玻璃温室栽培的番茄,花叶病的发病率均高达100%。植株感病后,长势衰弱,座果率低,果实小,对产量影响很大。花叶病的防治已成为当前保护地番茄生产中亟需解决的问题。
Vaccination of tomato plants with an attenuated strain of TMV was tested as a tomato mosaic disease preventative.The attenuated strain was selected by:1.keeping the infected plants for 2-3 weeks at 35℃.2.the infected juices treated with nitrous acids.The parent virus was a tomato strain of TMV commonly found in glasshouse tomato crops in Lanchou.The cross protection was showed fifteen days after vaccination.The disease index of the vaccinated tomato plants was greatly decreased.Some problems in the practical control of this disease with the attenuated virus were discussed.
