高光效大豆品系“哈79-9440”的光合作用特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 过去在育种工作中,人们对光合特性的考虑主要着重于叶色、叶形、叶片厚度以及叶子伸展角度等株型特征。自六十年代中期以后,由于在高等植物中发现了光呼吸和C_(4)双羧酸途径,才开始引起农学和遗传育种学工作者对它的重视,促使在育种方面加强对光合机构和功能的了解和考虑,试图从光合机理方面寻找培育新品种、提高作物产量的途径,于是开展了以高光合效率为主要指标的功能育种工作。 The photosynthetic efficiency of a new soybean strain Ha No.79-9440,produced by an efficient photosynthetic breeding method,has been studied and compared with that of Heinong No.26(the standard high-yield variety in Heilonjiang Province)and Tokachinagaha(this Japanese soybean variety has been recognized internationally as a high photosynthetic efficiency variety).The results are summarized as follows:1.The yield of Ha No.79-9440 soybean was 512.4 jin per mu,and that of Heinong No.26 soybean was 336.3 jin per mu.The yield of Tokachinagaha soybean was the lowest.2.Ha No.79-9440 possesses the characteristics of high photosynthetic rate and low photorespiration rate.3.Its DCIP photoreduction activity was 33.8%higher than that of the Heinong No.26 and 65%higher than that of Tokachinagaha.4.The low temperature fluorescence intensity(77°K)and the variable fluorescence intensity of this strain have been determined.5.The RuBPCase activity of Ha.No.79-9440 is higher by 36.4%and 53.1%than those of Heinong No.26 and Tokachinagaha respectively.6.Electron microscopic study of the chloroplast shows that the grana lamellae stack is prominently increased in Ha.No.79-9440.The above-mentioned results indicate that Ha.No.79-9440 soybean is a variety of higher photosynthetic efficiency.
