硝酸还原酶活力与作物耐肥性的研究 Ⅰ.不同耐肥性的水稻、玉米、小麦硝酸还原酶活力 被引量:33

摘要 我们从硝酸还原酶在植物代谢中的地位,联想到它可能与作物耐肥性有一定内在联系,因为作物的耐肥性就是指作物对外界氮肥的反应特性,它与作物在不同氮肥水平下的产量和增产效率是有一定联系的。在水稻上的初步结果已表明幼苗NR活力与品种耐肥性呈负相关。 A close relationship between nitrate reductase(NR)activity of seedlings and nitrogen response was found among 27 rice varieties,26 wheat varieties and 5 maize hybrids.The varieties or hybrids suitable for higher level nitrogen fertilizer exhibited lower NR activity,while those suitable for lower level nitrogen fertilizer exhibited higher NR activity.The varieties suitable for lower level nitrogen fertilizer had a higher rate of increase of NR activity in vivo induced by No_(3) and a lower rate of decay of NR activity in vitro than the varieties suitable for higher level nitrogen fertilizer.This indicated that the variation of NR activity between varieties was due to the difference in the synthesis of NR proteins and the degradation of NR activity,especially the former.The level of NR activity varied with seedling age,nitrate concentration and induction time,and induction methods.But the variation of NR activity between varieties was not changed no matter under what condition the seedlings grew.This showed that NR activity was inheritable.The results described above supported our previous suggestion,namely,NR activity could be used as a biochemical criterion for selecting and developing cultivars and appraising the nitrogen response of cultivars.This would raise the breeding efficiency and shorten the time required for the development of a new cultivar.
