摘要
酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)是一种简便、快速、敏感的血清学方法,与其他血清学方法相比有其独特的优点,因此在医学领域各学科的研究及血清学诊断方面愈来愈受到广泛的重视。自1979年以来,我们首先对应用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测马传染性贫血病(以下简称马传贫)病毒抗原进行了研究,并将该方法用于马传贫研究及疫苗生产方面。在此基础上又探讨了ELISA间接法检查马传贫病毒抗体的应用价值,现将试验结果报告如下。
An enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is described for the detection of equine infections anaemia(EIA)viral antibody.The optimal conditions for the ELISA to detect EIA viral antibody were determined.Serum samples from both horses experimently infected with EIA virulent virus and horses vaccinated with EIA attennated donkey leukocyte tissue culture vaccine were assayed by ELISA and other serological texts.The results proved that ELISA was much more sensitive than ID and CF tests in detection of EIA antibody,and duration at which the antibody could be detected by ELISA was also longer.CFand/or ID-positive samples from 51 naturally infected horses gave positive reactions by ELISA.As a proof of its specificity,EIA-positive sera previously neutralized by EIA specific an■gen were negative in ELISA.Sera from 23 healthy horses were all ELISA-negative.The microplates coated with EIA virus antigen showed no cross-reaction with the nonspecific antibody.
