摘要
胚胎的活力和发育能力是胚胎移植成功的基础。目前,国外对鉴定胚胎活力的方法开展了广泛的研究,但是,用于采卵和移植现场简而易行的惯用方法仍为胚胎形态鉴定法。使用胚胎鉴定方法的主要标准是胚胎的大小、胚胎内部结构的损坏(退化)程度和发育的停滞现象等。显然,形态学鉴定法要求鉴定者具有丰富的实践经验,对正常胚胎形态有明确的概念。本研究对1979~1981年超排发情(发情当天为0天,下同)后第6、7和8天采出用于冷冻的绵羊(寒羊和湖羊)各类型的胚胎,进行了形态特征的观察及显微测量,并对形态典型的胚胎进行了显微照相。目的是为胚胎移植工作中使用形态鉴定方法提供依据。
Seventy one mature ewes(Hu-yang and Han-yang breeds)were used as donors in 1979—1981.The donors were superovulated with FSH and LH,and embryos were recovered at 6 to 8 days post-estrus.Five hundred and twenty one normal embryos were obtained.There were five morphological types of 6-to 8-day embryos in sheep,and they were classified as morula,blastocyst,expanded blastocyst,hatched-expanded blastocyst and hatched-recontracted blastocyst.These various embryos were overlapped over the three age-brackets.A large percentage of the 6-day embryos were blastocysts(45.5%),the expanded blastocysts were 50.25%in the 7-day embryos,and the hatched blastocyst were 77.17%in the 8-day embryos.Embryos at late stage of each age-bracket in Han-yang were 10%higher than in Hu-yang,but with the embryos of same type in both breeds,except hatched and recontracted,the Hu-yang’s were bigger than Han-yang’s in size.
