摘要
本文重点观察了由穗分化开始至扬花期分别处于人工控制的短日(10小时)或长日(16小时)光周期条件下以及只在穗分化的某一个或某几个阶段暂时地或持续地处于长日(16小时)光周期下栽培时湖北光感核不育水稻的花粉败育度和自交结实率。获得的结果表明,在短日光周期下“光感雄性核不育基因”不表达;然而,在穗分化的任何阶段给予长日光周期,该基因便可作出表达;只给予一或三天的长日光周期巳可导致雄性败育,但只有从第二次枝梗原始体分化期起持续地处于日光周期下,才能使花粉彻底败育。
Changes in the ratio of pollen failure and in the seedset ratio within the sp■bagged were examined when the Hubei photosensitive genie male-sterile rice■s cultured respectively under 10-hour(short day)or 16-hour(long day)photoperi■s artificially controlled from the onset of panicle emergence■the florescence,and undesr 16-hour photoperiods temporality or continually on one or some stages of the inflorescence differentiation.The data obtained suggest that the photosensitive recessive male-sterile hey-genes existed,but were not expressed under short day treatment.However.they were expressed on any stage of the panicle differentiation under long day photoperiods.The treatment even needs only one or three long days.but for the complete loss of pollen fertility it is necessary that the plants should be kept under long day-length condition from the stage of"differentiation of secondary branch primordia".
