摘要
研究SE21s、SE152、SE126和明光34s等4个籼型水稻核不育系(材料)在同一纬度(北纬26°24′)800、120m两种海拔高度下的不育稳定性及其育性转换表现.结果表明,SE21s在长日条件下不育起点温度低,日照长度和温度对SE21s的育性转换起协同调控作用,二者存在一定的正向互补效应.SE152、SE126的有性转换主要受温度影响,SE152不育起点温度低,SE126不育起点温度较高.明光34s具有较强的光敏性,长日条件下核不育性对低温不敏感,短日较高温度下花粉育性可由不育转为可育.SE21s、SE152、明光34s在2种海拔高度下均具有一段稳定不育期,适合在华东、华南稻区制种.
Four mdica genic male-sterile lines SE21s, SE126, SE152, and Mingguang 34s were grown at 2 different altitude spots, 800 m and 120 m above sea level, to test the fertility performances. The results were as follows: The critical inducing-sterility temperature of SE21s was low under long-day condition, and the fertility alteration of SE21s was influenced by 2 complementary effects of photoperiod and temperature. SE152, SE126 were thermo-sensitive type sterile lines. The critical inducing-sterility temperature of SE152 was low and the SE126's was relatively high. Mingguang 34s was a photoperiod-sensitive type sterile line. It could become fertile under short-day and medium high temperature conditions, SE21s, SE152, Mingguang 34s had a long time sterile period at both 2 different altitude spots. They could be used to produce F1 seeds safely in the eastern and southern areas of China.
