摘要
目的分析综合护理对正畸患儿心理状态及依从性的作用。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月内收治的80例正畸患儿作为研究对象,1:1分为实验组、对照组,两组均40例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组给予综合护理,对比效果。结果实验组依从性、心理状态与睡眠质量均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对正畸患儿实施综合护理,可改善患儿的临床依从性,减轻负面情绪,改善心理状态,提高患儿的睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the psychological state and compliance of orthodontic children.Method 80 orthodontic children admitted between January 2023 and December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received comprehensive care,and the effects were compared.Result The experimental group showed better compliance,psychological status,and sleep quality than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for orthodontic children can improve their clinical compliance,alleviate negative emotions,improve their psychological state,and enhance their sleep quality.
