无机缓蚀增效剂与缓蚀剂协同效应研究及其在高温酸液中的应用

摘要 针对川西气田海相碳酸盐岩气藏储层埋深大(>6000 m)、储层温度高(>150℃)、酸化过程中酸液与管柱接触时间长(10~20 h)、常规酸液无法满足井下管柱长时间高温缓蚀的难题,通过对不同类型的高温缓蚀剂及缓蚀增效剂作用机理研究,优选出缓蚀剂及缓蚀增效剂类型,并通过改变二者配比,结合酸液浓度三因素对高温动态腐蚀速率的影响,确定了耐温能力可达180℃的酸液配方,该酸液体系在川西海相气田酸化预处理中成功利用,避免了常规酸酸化预处理发生的井下窜漏事故,确保了井下管柱的安全。 In response to the challenges of deep burial depth(>6000 m),high reservoir temperature(>150℃),long contact time between acid and tubing during acidification(10~20 hours),and the inability of conventional acid to meet the long-term high-temperature corrosion inhibition of downhole tubing in marine carbonate gas reservoirs in the western Sichuan gas field,different types of high-temperature corrosion inhibitors and corrosion enhancers were studied for their mechanisms of action.The types of corrosion inhibitors and corrosion enhancers were optimized,and by changing the ratio of the two,combined with the influence of acid concentration on the dynamic corrosion rate at high temperatures,an acid formula with a temperature resistance of up to 180℃was determined.This acid system was successfully utilized in the acidification pretreatment of the western Sichuan marine gas field,avoiding the use of conventional acid.The underground leakage accident caused by acidification pretreatment ensures the safety of the downhole tubing string.
