摘要 采用水解酸化+UASB+好氧+MBR+臭氧氧化+反渗透组合工艺对纤维素醚生产废水进行处理。其中水解酸化预处理段分解水中残留的纤维素醚大分子,并起到预酸化的作用,以提高废水的可生化性。UASB与好氧池作为主要脱碳单元可去除废水中的大部分COD,出水经MBR过滤后进行臭氧氧化处理,进一步降解残留的难生化有机物,最终进入反渗透系统。浓水经MVR蒸发处理,大部分淡水回流至前段对生产废水进行稀释,少量淡水排外。工程运行结果表明:在系统进水COD为30 000~70 000 mg/L,氯化钠盐度为7~16%的条件下,最终排水COD <100 mg/L,总盐<1 600 mg/L,氯化物<800 mg/L,满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》C级标准要求。 The combination process of hydrolysis acidification+UASB+aerobic+MBR+ozone oxidation+reverse osmosis is used to treat cellulose ether production wastewater.The hydrolysis acidification pretreatment stage decomposes the residual cellulose ether macromolecules in the water and plays a pre acidification role to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater.UASB and aerobic tank,as the main decarbonization units,can remove most COD in wastewater.The effluent isfiltered by MBR and subjected to ozone oxidation treatment to further degrade residual difficult to biodegrade organic matter.Finally,it enters the reverse osmosis system.The concentrated water is evaporated by MVR,and most of the fresh waterflows back to the front section to dilute the production wastewater.A small amount of fresh water is discharged.The engineering operation results show that under the conditions of influent COD of 30000-70000 mg/L and sodium chloride salinity of 7-16%,thefinal effluent COD is less than 100 mg/L,total salt is less than 1600 mg/L,and chloride is less than 800 mg/L,meeting the C-level standard requirements of the“Water Quality Standards for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers”.
