Workshop教学模式在小儿推拿学中的应用

The Application of the Workshop Teaching Model in Pediatric Tuina

摘要 Workshop教学模式是一种围绕某个特定的鲜明主题,以小组为载体的互动式探讨式学习活动。近年来,国内外医学院校的外科学、护理学、康复医学教育广泛应用Workshop教学模式,但小儿推拿学教学应用很少。文章创新性采用Workshop教学模式对辽宁中医药大学2021级中医(5+3)儿科学专业学生进行小儿推拿学理论与实践教学,探讨其教学效果。Workshop教学模式能提高学生的小儿推拿理论学成绩和实践技能水平,培养学生的共情能力与沟通能力,增强学生的团结合作意识,值得在今后的教学中推广应用。 The Workshop teaching model is an interactive exploratory learning activity centered around a specific and distinct theme,using groups as carriers.In recent years,the Workshop teaching model has been widely used in Surgery,Nursing,and Rehabilitation Medicine education in medical colleges both domestically and internationally,but it has been rarely applied in Pediatric Tuina teaching.This article innovatively adopted the Workshop teaching model to conduct theoretical and practical teaching of Pediatric Tuina Grade 2021 students majoring in Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(5+3 program)at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,aiming to explore its teaching effects.The Workshop teaching model can improve students’academic performance in Pediatric Tuina theory and their practical skills,cultivate their empathy and communication abilities,and enhance their awareness of teamwork and cooperation.It is worthy of promotion and application in future teaching.
