This article elaborates on the conceptual essence and practical applications of"Two Preventions and Two Treatments",examining the theoretical foundations and methodologies of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)throughout the entire process of malignant tumor development-from prevention to therapeutic intervention.By presenting case examples of Professor Tian’s clinical application of this philosophy in oncology treatment,the paper aims to provide theoretical basis and clinical references for TCM approaches in managing malignant tumors.The discussion encompasses TCM’s multifaceted roles across different disease stages,including tumorigenesis inhibition,metastasis prevention,complication management,and recurrence reduction.
