摘要
目的：探讨中药鸦胆子油经肝动脉栓塞治疗肝癌患者的疗效。方法：鸦胆子油经肝动脉栓塞治疗62例肝癌。1.5~2月左右重复介入治疗1次。经2~5次的重复治疗后。根据血管造影和CT复查测量肿瘤大小的变化。结果：治疗后1、23、年生存率分别为77.4%、41.9%和25.8%。肿瘤缩小50%以上占64.5%。缩小30%~50%占27.4%。肿瘤血管明显减少38例,部分减少11例。AFP下降率为79%。无骨髓抑制,部分患者治疗后肝功能明显改善。结论：鸦胆子油在经动脉栓塞治疗肝癌有确切疗效,具有抗癌、低毒、栓塞和留滞于肿瘤局部的突出特点,是肝癌介入治疗比较理想的中药制剂。
Objective：To discuss the effect of the oleum of brucea javanica,a anticancerous agent of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） through transhepatic arterial embolization（TAE）.Methods：Oleum of brucea javanica was injected through hepatic artery by catheter to treat 62 patients with HCC.Repeat interventional treatment after 1.5～2 months or so.After 2～5 times of repeated treatment.Review the changes in tumor size measured according to angiography and CT.Results：After treatment,1,2,3 year survival rates respectively were 77.4%,41.9% and 25.8%,the tumors shrunk more than 50% were 64.5%,shrunk 30%～50% were 27.4%.The patients tumor angiogenesis significantly reduced were 38,the patients tumor angiogenesis partial reduction were 11.AFP decline rate were 79%.No marrow depression caused by the treatment were seen.Some patients significantly improved liver function after treatment.Conclusion：Oleum of brucea javanica has a definite effect in treatment of HCC by TAE.Its conspicuous characteristic include low toxicity,embolization ability and remain ability in tumor tissue.So,it was a ideal traditional Chinese medicine to the intervention treatment of HCC.
