摘要
目的分析盆底康复治疗对接受子宫全切术治疗的良性妇科疾病患者实施后,对其恢复盆底功能的影响。方法纳入研究的为300例于联勤保障部队第九一〇医院接受子宫全切术治疗的良性妇科疾病患者,入院时间为2024年1月至2025年1月,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组150例。两组均在术后接受凯格尔训练,观察组增加电刺激和生物反馈治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、盆底功能改善情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组总有效率对比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。两组PFIQ-7、PFDI-20等盆底功能指标均有所改善,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗对接受子宫全切术治疗的良性妇科疾病患者可有效改善其盆底功能,提升治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation on pelvic floor function in patients undergoing total hysterectomy for benign gynecological diseases.Methods This study included 300 patients who underwent total hysterectomy at the 910th Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025.They were randomly divided into two groups(150 cases each).Both groups received postoperative Kegel training,while the observation group additionally received electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy.Treatment outcomes and pelvic floor function improvement were compared.Results After 3 months,the observation group showed a higher total effective rate(P<0.05)and greater improvement in pelvic floor function indicators(PFIQ-7,PFDI-20),with lower scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor rehabilitation can effectively improve pelvic floor function and enhance treatment efficacy in patients after total hysterectomy for benign conditions.
