氮含量对混合基体球墨铸铁力学性能和金相组织的影响

摘要 为研究氮含量对混合基体球墨铸铁铸件力学性能和金相组织的影响,采用树脂砂造型制得不同壁厚的混合基体球墨铸铁试样,检测试样的氮含量、抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度、石墨大小、石墨数量和球化等级。结果表明:氮含量在80 ppm以下时,随着氮含量的增加,石墨尺寸更小,石墨数量更多,球化率更高;氮含量在90~100 ppm时,石墨尺寸增大,石墨数量减少,球化率降低。 To investigate the effect of nitrogen content on the mechanical properties and microstructure of mixed-matrix ductile iron castings,specimens with different wall thicknesses were prepared using resin sand molds.The nitrogen content,tensile strength,elongation,hardness,graphite size,graphite count,and nodularity grade were measured.The results show that:when the nitrogen content is below 80 ppm,increasing nitrogen content leads to smaller graphite size,higher graphite count,and improved nodularity;when the nitrogen content is between 90~100 ppm,the graphite size increases,graphite count decreases,and nodularity declines.
