摘要
针对永磁伺服系统低成本高精度的增量式编码需求,提出了一种对线性霍尔信号解算编码生成增量式正交脉冲的方法,分析了异常脉冲情况并提出了相应的处理方法。在分析线性霍尔角度解算原理基础上,提出了基于脉冲分辨率的取余编码算法,包括角度解算、根据分辨率取余、根据余数进行编码生成两路正交脉冲;分析了随机误差对解算角度波动的影响,及由此引起的窄异干扰脉冲和相位异常脉冲;提出了基于角度滞环的窄干扰脉冲修正方法,分析了滞环参数选择对修正效果的影响,研究了相位异常脉冲控制方法;搭建实验平台,对信号波动情况进行测量与分析,设定滞环参数与分辨率,对窄干扰脉冲进行了修正,生成了较为理想的增量式正交脉冲信号。
For the demand of low-cost and high-precision incremental encoding of permanent magnet servo system,a method of decoding and encoding linear Hall signals to generate incremental quadrature pulses is proposed,and the abnormal pulse cases are analyzed and the corresponding processing methods are proposed.Based on the analysis of the linear Hall angle decoding principle,a residual encoding algorithm based on the pulse resolution is proposed,including angle decoding,residual according to the resolution,and encoding according to the residual to generate two quadrature pulses.The effect of random error on the fluctuation of the solved angle and the resulting narrow anomaly pulse and phase anomaly pulse are analyzed.A correction method of narrow interference pulses based on the angular hysteresis loop is proposed,the influence of the hysteresis loop parameter selection on the correction effect is analyzed,and the phase anomaly pulse control method is studied.The experimental platform is built,the signal fluctuation is measured and analyzed,the hysteresis loop parameters and resolution are set,the narrow interference pulse is corrected,and a more ideal incremental quadrature pulse signal is generated.
