摘要
医院学科档案承载着临床技术与科研成果以及人才培养等核心信息,传统管理模式存在数据分散、更新滞后、价值挖掘不充分等问题。生命周期管理理念将档案从产生至消亡的全过程纳入统一体系,融合云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术构建智能化管理平台。该平台实现档案数据的动态采集、实时处理、精准检索,为医院学科建设决策提供科学支撑。
Hospital disciplinary archives contain core information,including clinical techniques,scientific research outputs,and talent development records.However,traditional management approaches suffer from fragmented data,delayed updates,and inadequate value extraction.The lifecycle management approach encompasses the full archival continuum—from creation to disposition—within a unified framework.By integrating cloud computing,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence,it enables the development of an intelligent management platform.The platform supports dynamic data collection,real-time processing,and precise retrieval of archival information,thereby providing scientific support for strategic decision-making in hospital disciplinary development.
