高职院校课程改革赋能新质人才技能开发的路径构建

Path Construction of Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges to Empower the Skill Development of New-Quality Talents

摘要 培育新质人才是推动新质生产力发展、构建技能型社会的核心任务。为适应产业变革对复合型技能人才的需求,高职院校需以课程改革为突破口,将技术技能培养与创新素养、伦理责任、数字能力深度融合,培育具备动态适应力与跨界整合力的新质人才。高职院校课程改革需立足时代必然,适配新质生产力跃升,破解供需错配难题,支撑技能型社会建设。课程改革的目标定位秉持“道技相生”,内容选择聚焦“技能进阶”,体系构建以“纵横融通”为内在逻辑。文章从重构人才培育理念,实现目标分层;构建技能需求预测,促进内容动态更新;深化产教融合机制,保障课程弹性实施;强化数字技术赋能,推动教学场域智慧化;完善质量评价体系,促进评价成效增值五条路径着手,为新质人才技能开发提供全链条支撑,助力产业升级与经济社会高质量发展。 Cultivating new-quality talents is a core task to promote the development of new-quality productive forces and build a skill-based society.To meet the demand of industrial transformation for interdisciplinary and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges must take curriculum reform as a breakthrough to cultivate new-quality talents with dynamic adaptability and cross-boundary integration capability by deeply integrating technical and vocational skill cultivating with innovative literacy,ethical responsibility and digital capabilities.The curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges needs to be rooted in the inevitability of the times,adapt to the leap of new-quality productive forces,solve the problem of supply-demand mismatch,and support the construction of a skill-based society.The orientation of curriculum objectives should adhere to the"mutual embodiment of principle and skill".The content selection should focus on"skill progression".The system construction is based on the internal logic of"vertical and horizontal integration".This paper puts forward the following five approaches to provide full-chain support for the skill development of new-quality talents and contribute to industrial upgrading and high-quality development of economic society,including reconstructing the concept of talents cultivation to achieve hierarchical objectives;establishing skill demand forecasting to promote dynamic update of content;deepening the industry-education integration mechanism to ensure flexible curriculum implementation;strengthening the empowerment of digital technology to drive the intellectualization of teaching scenarios;and improving the quality evaluation system to enhance the value-added effect of evaluation.
