摘要
Castleman病(Castleman's disease,CD)又称血管滤泡性淋巴结增生症或巨大淋巴结病,是一种临床罕见的慢性淋巴组织增生性疾病%。本文报告1例腹膜后CD患者,予以腹腔镜下腹膜后病损切除术,术后转入血液科完善骨髓细胞学、人类疱疹病毒8(human herpes virus-8,HHV-8)、正电子发射型计算机断层扫描显像仪(positron emission tomography,PET-CT)等相关检查后,予以司妥昔单抗联合激素治疗,定期血液科复诊。
Castleman is a rare lymphoproliferative disease in clinic.This article reports a case of Castleman who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic retroperitoneal lesion resection.After the operation,the patient was transferred to the hematology department for bone marrow cytology,human herpes virus-8(HHV-8)positron emission tomography(PET-CT)and other related examinations.Siltuximab combined with hormone therapy was given,and regular follow-up visits to the hematology department were conducted.
