儿童人疱疹病毒实验室检测方法及结果解读 被引量：1

摘要 疱疹病毒科是一组DNA病毒,目前已发现8种可感染人类的人类疱疹病毒(human herpes virus,HHV),包括单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)、EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)、巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)、水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella zoster virus,VZV)以及HHV-6型、HHV-7型和HHV-8型。该类病毒最大的特点就是具有潜伏感染特性,即原发感染后可在体内特定部位潜伏,在免疫力低下时再激活,导致从自限性皮肤黏膜病变到致死性全身感染的广泛疾病谱。
