摘要
目的提炼并总结妊娠糖尿病孕妇抗阻运动的最佳证据,为临床护理提供循证依据。方法系统检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、国际指南协作网、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、苏格兰院际指南网、美国国立指南库、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、医脉通、WHO、国际糖尿病联盟美国妇产科医师协会、美国糖尿病协会、加拿大妇产科医师协会、加拿大糖尿病协会、安大略省注册护士协会、澳大利亚妊娠糖尿病学会、英国皇家妇产科医师学会、国际妇产科联合会、中华医学会围产医学分会、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网等中关于妊娠糖尿病孕妇抗阻运动的相关文献,包括临床决策、指南、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识、随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2025年3月31日。由2名研究者独立进行文献质量评价和资料提取。结果共纳入13篇文献,包括临床决策2篇、指南2篇、系统评价2篇、专家共识1篇、随机对照试验6篇,从抗阻运动适宜人群、抗阻运动类型、抗阻运动处方、抗阻运动评估、抗阻运动益处、抗阻运动风险、运动注意事项7个方面共总结19条证据。结论本研究总结了妊娠糖尿病孕妇抗阻运动的最佳证据,建议护理人员结合临床实际情况合理应用证据,以期为妊娠糖尿病孕妇提供规范的抗阻运动指导。
Objective To extract and summarize the best evidence of resistance exercise for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,so as to provide evidence-based guidance for clinical nursing.Methods Clinical decisions,guidelines,systematic reviews,evidence summaries,expert consensus,and randomized controlled trials on resistance exercise for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were systematically retrieved from BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,Guidelines International Network,National Institute for Health and care Excellence,Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network,National Guideline Clearinghouse,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,Medlive,WHO,International Diabetes Federation,American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,American Diabetes Association,Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada,Canadian Diabetes Association,Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,Australian Diabetes in Pregnancy Society,Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine of Chinese Medical Association,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Wanfang Data,China Biology Medicine disc,China National Knowledge Infrastructure.The search period was from the establishment of the database to March 31,2025.Two researchers independently conducted literature quality evaluation and data extraction.Results A total of 13 articles were included,comprising two clinical decisions,two guidelines,two systematic reviews,one expert consensus,and six randomized controlled trials.A total of 19 pieces of evidence were summarized from seven aspects of target populations for resistance exercise,types of resistance exercise,resistance exercise prescription,resistance exercise assessment,benefits of resistance exercise,risks of resistance exercise,and exercise precautions.Conclusions This paper summarizes the best evidence on resistance exercise prescription for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.It is recommended that healthcare providers apply the evidence appropriately based on clinical situation to provide standardized resistance exercise guidance for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
