摘要
为研究超高性能混凝土在桥梁工程维修及加固方面的效果,结合课题组研发的“浅层超高性能混凝土置换+深层注胶法”,对某运营桥梁墩柱的深层不密实病害进行了修复加固工作。修复效果表明,相对传统的注胶法和混凝土置换法,“浅层超高性能混凝土置换+深层注胶法”具有施工工期短、效率高、承载力及耐久性能恢复好、造价低等优点,具备一定的工程应用前景。
To investigate the effectiveness of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)in bridge maintenance and reinforcement,this study combined the“Shallow UHPC Jacketing+Deep Resin Injection Method”developed by our research team to repair deep internal defects in the piers of an operational bridge.The remediation results demonstrate that,compared to traditional resin injection and concrete replacement methods,this composite technique exhibits advantages including shorter construction periods,higher efficiency,superior recovery of load-bearing capacity and durability,and lower costs.It thus holds significant potential for practical engineering applications.
