考虑修复施工过程的风电混凝土塔架结构分析

摘要 针对应用广泛的风电混凝土塔架,总结了施工过程中常见的两类缺陷,具体包括环氧胶搅拌不均匀和环氧胶涂抹不密实的情况,可分别采用环氧胶置换和环氧胶注胶的修复方法。结合实际修复过程,通过理论计算与有限元仿真方法对混凝土塔架进行了结构受力分析。研究结果表明:对于环氧胶置换修复,随着置换过程的推进,后被置换的原有环氧胶所承担的荷载逐渐增加,其中最后置换的原有环氧胶承担的荷载最大,约为平均值的2.6倍;先被置换的新环氧胶承担的荷载逐渐增加,其中最先置换的新环氧胶承担的荷载最大,约为平均值的1.75倍。对于环氧胶注胶修复,在修复前,随着未涂抹环氧胶区域宽度的增加,其压应力相较于施工完好的情况呈现非线性快速增大;在注胶修复后,环氧胶的压应力虽仍高于完好施工状态,但明显低于未修复状态。当修复用环氧胶的刚度与原环氧胶刚度之比逐渐减小时,原环氧胶所承受的荷载有所增加,但其应力变化幅度较小。 For the widely used concrete wind turbine towers,two common defects during the construction process were summarized,specifically including uneven mixing of epoxy adhesive and incomplete coating of ep-oxy adhesive.These defects could be respectively repaired by epoxy glue replacement and epoxy glue injection methods.Combined with the actual repair process,the structural analysis of the concrete tower was carried out through theoretical calculation and Finite Element Analysis methods.The results showed that for epoxy glue re-placement repair,as the replacement process progressed,the load borne by the original epoxy glue that was re-placed later gradually increased.Among these,the original epoxy glue replaced last bore the maximum load,approximately 2.6 times the average value.The load borne by the newly replaced epoxy glue also gradually in-creased.Among these,the newly replaced epoxy glue first bore the maximum load,approximately 1.75 times the average value.For epoxy glue injection repair,before the repair,as the width of the area without epoxy glue application increased,compressive stress compared to a well-constructed situation showed a nonlinear rapid in-crease trend.After injection repair,although compressive stress of the epoxy glue was still higher than in a well-constructed state,it was significantly lower than in an unrepaired state.When the stiffness ratio of repaired ep-oxy glue to original epoxy glue gradually decreased,load borne by original epoxy glue increased but with rela-tively small stress change amplitude.
