人工智能背景下江苏高职院校现代学徒制教学模式的创新与实践探索

Innovation and practical exploration of the modern apprenticeship teaching model in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges under the background of artificial intelligence

摘要 以江苏高职院校现代学徒制教学模式为研究对象,探讨在人工智能背景下如何创新与实践校企协同育人机制。通过案例分析、理论建模和实践总结等方法,研究数字驱动式校企协同育人模式、“岗课赛证”一体化培养体系以及“双师型”教学团队建设等创新路径。探索表明,江苏通过构建“半小时产教融合圈”,实施中国特色学徒制,形成了教育和产业统筹融合、校企良性互动的发展格局,为区域经济高质量发展注入人才活水。 This study focuses on the modern apprenticeship teaching model in higher vocational colleges of Jiangsu Province,exploring how to innovate and practice school-enterprise collaborative education mechanisms under the background of artificial intelligence.Through case analysis,theoretical modeling,and practical summari⁃zation,innovative approaches such as the digital-driven school-enterprise collaborative education model,the integrated training system of“post-course-competition-certificate,”and the construction of dual-qualified teaching teams were examined.The research indicates that Jiangsu has established a development pattern featuring coordinated integration of education and industry,along with positive school-enterprise interactions,by constructing a“half-hour industry-education integration circle”and implementing apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.These efforts inject talent vitality into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
