摘要
布洛芬是临床常用的非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs),以其镇痛、退热和抗炎作用广泛应用于医药领域.随着医药工业的快速发展,对布洛芬的绿色合成技术提出了更高要求.连续流技术因其绿色高效、溶剂用量少,且有助于产率提升等优势,逐渐成为布洛芬合成的重要研究方向.本文从连续流技术的基本原理出发,综述了布洛芬合成工艺的主要进展,包括连续流催化技术开发、反应器设计及优化等内容.同时,结合当前研究,分析了现阶段存在的问题和技术瓶颈,并对其未来的工业应用前景进行展望.通过本文的讨论,旨在为布洛芬合成技术的进一步优化和绿色医药工业的可持续发展提供理论支持.
Ibuprofen is a commonly used Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug(NSAID)in clinical practice,widely applied in the pharmaceutical field for its analgesic,antipyretic,and anti-inflammatory effects.With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry,there is an increasing demand for green synthesis technologies for ibuprofen production.Continuous-flow technology,owing to its advantages of being green and efficient,requiring less solvent,and contributing to improved yields,has gradually become an important research direction in the synthesis of ibuprofen.This review explores the fundamental principles of continuous flow technology and summarizes recent advances in ibuprofen synthesis,including the development of continuous flow catalytic technologies,reactor design,and process optimization.Furthermore,we analyze current challenges and technical bottlenecks,offering insights into its future industrial applications.This discussion aims to support the optimization of ibuprofen synthesis and promote the sustainable development of green pharmaceutical manufacturing.
