摘要
为了提升重载工况下提升机系统的调速精度与运行稳定性,提出基于西门子S120变频器的多策略协同控制方法。首先构建由PID速度闭环、负载转矩补偿与多段速平滑切换组成的调速控制体系,然后结合实验平台对该方法的控制性能进行实测验证。结果表明,该方法在减慢速度超调、缩短调节时间与抑制转矩波动方面效果显著,能够显著增强系统对复杂载荷扰动的适应能力,具有良好的工程推广价值。
In order to enhance the speed regulation accuracy and operational stability of elevator systems under heavy-load conditions,a multi-strategy collaborative control method based on the Siemens S120 inverter is proposed.First,a speed regulation control system composed of PID speed closed-loop control,load torque compensation,and multi-stage speed smooth switching is constructed.Subsequently,the control performance of this method is experimentally validated using an experimental platform.The results indicate that this method significantly reduces speed overshoot,shortens adjustment time,and suppresses torque fluctuations,thereby substantially enhancing the system′s adaptability to complex load disturbances and demonstrating considerable potential for engineering applications.
