摘要
针对多穿库中提升机技术的应用问题,探讨通过优化提升机的系统配置来提高多穿库作业效率的方法。分析多穿库的作业模式,建立提升机调度模型,提出了提升机系统配置优化的策略。通过仿真实验证明所构建模型的有效性,为多穿库的设计和优化提供了理论支持和实践指导。
This paper focuses on the application of lift technology in multi-layer shuttle warehouses,and discusses how to improve the operational efficiency of multi-picking warehouses through the system configuration of the lift.The research includes the analysis of the operation mode of multi-picking warehouses,the establishment of lift scheduling models,and the proposal of system configuration optimization strategies.The effectiveness of the proposed models is verified through simulation experiments,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the design and optimization of multi-picking warehouses.
