摘要
吡啶碱(pyridine bases)是指吡啶及其同系物,被誉为杂环类“三药”及“三药”中间体的“芯片”,应用非常广泛并具有极高的经济价值。而面对其核心技术被国外垄断半个多世纪的现实、面对我国长期依赖进口的现实、面对行业领域长期的空白,种种受制于人的桎梏,自改革开放以来,在国家政策的重点扶持下,国内科研人员、企业家不断的攻坚,十年磨一剑,最终用实力赢得了国际市场话语权,用技术打响了一场漂亮的“反击战”。自此翻开了中国吡啶碱类下游产业链自主发展的新篇章。吡啶碱的发展史,既是一部中国农药人的屈辱史,也是一部中国人反击欧美发达国家长期的垄断史,也弥补了我国历经五个五年计划攻关未果的遗憾,打破了长期制约民族生命科学产业发展壮大的瓶颈。不仅使中国亿万农民能廉价使用替代高毒农药的高效低毒无公害环保农药,而且改变了世界环保农药的发展格局,使中国吡啶碱主导世界话语权。文章简要介绍了吡啶碱的合成工艺、产能分布、产业链的配套、市场前景及发展建议。
Pyridine bases refer to pyridine and its congeners,known as the"chips"of heterocyclic compounds and intermediates for the"three major drugs".They are widely used and have high economic value.Faced with the reality that their core technology has been monopolized by foreign countries for more than half a century,China's long-term dependence on imports,long-standing gaps in the industry,and various shackles,domestic researchers and entrepreneurs have been continuously striving under the key support of national policies since the reform and opening up.After decades of unremitting efforts(grinding a sword for ten years),they have finally gained a voice in the international market with strength and launched a magnificent"counterattack"through technology.Since then,this breakthrough has opened a new chapter in the independent development of China's pyridine bases downstream industrial chain.The development history of pyridine bases is not only a history of hardships for Chinese pesticide professionals,but also a history of the Chinese people's fight against the long-term monopoly of developed countries in Europe and the United States.It is also a journey to make up for the regret that China failed to overcome the challenge in five Five-Year Plans and break the bottleneck that has long constrained the development and expansion of the national life science industry.It not only can make hundreds of millions of Chinese farmers cheaply use high-efficiency,low-toxicity and pollution-free environmentally friendly pesticides instead of highly toxic ones,but can changes the development pattern of environmentally friendly pesticides in the world,enabling its pyridine bases to dominate the global discourse power.The synthesis processes,production capacity distribution,industrial chain matching,market prospects and development suggestions of pyridine bases were introduced.
