摘要
吡啶碱广泛应用于医药、农药、香料、橡胶和染料的生产。吡啶碱的生产方法主要有两种:一是从煤焦油中提取;二是从氨和甲醛、乙醛的合成过程中获得。欧盟、美国、日本是主要的生产国,主要采用合成法生产。2000年底,比利时的Reilly公司和中国南通醋酸厂合作建立了1.1万t的吡啶系列产品生产厂,填补了国内合成吡啶的空白。
Pyridine bases are widely used in pharmaceutical, pesticide, aromatics, rubber and dyestuff industry. There are two manufacturing methods of pyridine : extraction from coal tar and catalystic synthesis from ammonia, formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. Production has been concentrated in EU,USA and Japan. Synthetic routes account for nearly all production. At the end of 2000, Belgian Reilly Co. cooperated with China Nantong Acetic Acid Chemical Plant to build a pyridine plant with a capacity of 11 000t/a. The plant filled up a domestic blank of synthetic pyridine in China.
