优质高产特早生茶树新品种‘桂茗1号’选育研究

摘要 ‘桂茗1号’是从‘瑞安白毛茶’有性群体种中采用系统选育法育成的早生优质高产茶树新品种。经系统品系比较试验和区域试验结果表明,‘桂茗1号’属特早生种,产量高;内含物质丰富,一芽二叶春茶三年平均分别含茶多酚17.57%、水浸出物47.53%、氨基酸4.67%、咖啡碱2.93%;适制绿茶、红茶、白茶和六堡茶;制绿茶翠绿微有毫,汤色嫩绿、清澈明亮,香气清高、鲜爽有花香,滋味清鲜、有花香;制红茶香气鲜甜有果香,味甘醇鲜爽;制白茶滋味甘和,香气鲜甜、有果香;制六堡茶香气陈香,滋味纯正、滑口。抗病虫性强,抗寒性强,抗旱性强。 Guiming 1 is a new,high-quality,and high-yield tea cultivar developed through systematic selection breeding from the sexual population of Ruian Baimaocha.Systematic comparative and regional trials results indicated that Guiming 1 is an extra-early sprouting cultivar with high yield.It was rich in endogenous substances,with the three-year average contents in the spring harvest one bud with two leaves samples being 17.57%for tea polyphenols,47.53%for water extracts,4.67%for amino acids,and 2.93%for caffeine.It was suitable for producing green tea,black tea,white tea,and Liubao tea.When processed into green tea,the leaves were jade green with slight pekoe,the liquor is tender green,clear and bright,with a clean,lofty,fresh,and floral aroma,and a fresh,smooth,and floral taste.When processed into black tea,it exhibited a fresh,sweet,and fruity aroma with a mellow,fresh,and brisk taste.When processed into white tea,it had a fresh,sweet,and fruity aroma with a sweet and harmonious taste.When processed into Liubao tea,it developed a aged aroma with a pure and smooth taste.Moreover,this cultivar demonstrated strong resistance to pests,diseases,cold and drought.
