摘要
从"保靖黄金茶群体"中经系统选种、无性繁殖,育成了特早生高氨基酸优质绿茶茶树品种黄金茶2号。经多年试验表明,黄金茶2号为特早生种,春季一芽一叶萌发期比福鼎大白茶(ck)早7～9天;产量高,比对照增产3.94%;内含物丰富,氨基酸含量高,春季一芽二叶水浸出物38.59±2.63%、氨基酸5.44±0.42%、茶多酚17.45±3.09%、咖啡碱3.85±0.73%;制绿茶品质优,适制毛尖、高档名优绿茶;抗寒性、抗旱性、抗病虫性强。黄金茶2号于2013年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会品种登记。
Huangjincha 2 is a green tea cultivar bred through the clone of Baojing Golden Tea mixed cultivars,with early sprouting and high amino acid content.The result of several year testing showed that Huangjincha 2 is early sprouting,one bud and one leaf germinating 7～9 days earlier than Fudingdabai in Spring;high yield,3.94% higher than control;rich content,high amino acid content,water infusion of one bud two leaves in Spring 38.59±2.63%,amino acid 5.44±0.42%,tea polyphenols 17.45±3.09%,Caffeine 3.85±0.73%;suitable to make green tea maojian,and high quality famous green tea;cold resistant,drought resistant and disease-pest resistant.Huangjincha 2 has finished registering in Hunan Crop Approval Committee in 2013.
