摘要
茶树春梢萌发期直接影响茶树品种选育与早春茶生产。为提升茶树早生性状的分子辅助育种筛选效率,该研究基于CsAL1区域开发两个KASP分子标记(CsAL1-K1和CsAL1-K4),并在94份材料中进行验证。双标记联合判别在“特早生vs非特早生”场景下准确率达88.3%、精确率达72.7%、漏判率仅7.7%,判别效能高于单标记。两标记分型清晰,基因型间物候期差异显著,适用于特早生/早生材料的高效筛选,可为茶树特早生/早生资源筛选和分子育种提供工具。
The sprouting period of spring shoots in tea plants directly influences cultivar selection and early spring tea production.To enhance the screening for early-sprouting traits in molecular-assisted breeding,two KASP markers(CsAL1-K1 and CsAL1-K4)were developed based on the CsAL1 region and validated using 94 germplasms.In distinguishing"extremely early-sprouting"from"non-extremely early-sprouting"materials,the combined application of both markers achieved an accuracy of 88.3%,a precision of 72.7%,and a miss rate of only 7.7%,demonstrating higher discriminative power than single-marker approaches. Both markers exhibited clear genotyping clustering and significant phenological differences among genotypes, proving suitable for efficient screening of extremely early- and early-sprouting germplasms. This study provides practical tools for the selection of early-sprouting tea resources and molecular breeding programs.
