摘要
赛鸽竞翔作为一项竞技活动,因其结合了鸽的飞行能力和人类的选育智慧而备受瞩目。近年来,随着分子生物学和遗传学技术的发展,对赛鸽竞翔相关基因多态性的研究日益深入。文章综述了乳酸脱氢酶A(LDHA)、肌抑素(MSTN)、羽角蛋白(F-KER)、多巴胺D4受体(DRD4)、钙/钙调素依赖性丝氨酸蛋白激酶(CASK)以及隐花色素1(CRY1)六种基因的多态性研究现状,阐述了其功能、多态性位点与赛鸽竞翔的关联及基因间的协同作用,探讨了基因多态性在育种中的应用,旨在为赛鸽分子辅助育种及其竞翔性能提升提供理论依据。
Pigeon racing,as a competitive activity,has garnered significant attention due to its combination of pigeons′fly⁃ing abilities and human breeding wisdom.In recent years,with the advancement of molecular biology and genetics technologies,research on the polymorphisms of genes related to pigeon racing has become increasingly in-depth.This article reviewed the cur⁃rent research status of polymorphisms in six genes:Lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA),myostatin(MSTN),feather keratin(F-KER),dopamine receptor 4(DRD4),calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase(CASK)and cryptochrome 1(CRY1).This arti⁃cle elaborated on their functions,polymorphic loci and their associations with pigeon racing performance,as well as the synergis⁃tic interactions among these genes.Furthermore,it explored the application of gene polymorphisms in breeding,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for molecular-assisted breeding in pigeons and the enhancement of their racing performance.
