尿素水解制氨稀释风温度及加热方式分析研究

摘要 针对火力发电厂脱硝系统中尿素水解制氨工艺存在的产品气回凝问题,文章探究了稀释风加热温度优化及技术路径选择策略。当稀释风加热温度提升至100℃以上时,可有效消除尿素水解产物中氨气与水蒸气的相变冷凝现象,从而规避因气液两相流引发的设备腐蚀及管道堵塞风险,该温度阈值的确定为工程参数优化提供了关键理论依据。对蒸汽换热器与烟气换热器两种主流加热方案进行研究分析,结果表明,蒸汽换热技术在温度稳定性、设备可靠性及全生命周期成本方面相比烟气换热方式展现出显著优势,为火力发电机组脱硝系统设计提供了兼具技术合理性与经济可行性的解决方案。 To address the issue of product gas re-condensation in the urea hydrolysis-based ammonia generation process within denitration systems of thermal power plants,this paper investigates the optimization of dilution air heating temperature and the selection of technical pathways.When the dilution air heating temperature is raised above 100°C,the phase-change condensation of ammonia and water vapor in the hydrolysis product gas can be effectively eliminated.This prevents the risks of equipment corrosion and pipeline blockage caused by gas-liquid two-phase flow.The determination of this temperature threshold provides a key theoretical basis for optimizing engineering parameters.A comparative analysis was conducted on two mainstream heating schemes:steam heat exchangers and flue gas heat exchangers.The results indicate that steam heating technology offers significant advantages over flue gas heating in terms of temperature stability,equipment reliability,and total lifecycle cost.This provides a technically sound and economically feasible solution for the design of denitration systems in thermal power generation units.
