摘要
本研究聚焦于特定学生群体在经历重大社会压力事件后的心理发展过程。在这一背景下,个体所面临的身心挑战尤为值得关注。迈入恢复与调整阶段,重视该群体心理适应与积极转变显得尤为关键。本研究旨在探讨在经历重大压力后,高职高专学生心理灵活性与积极心理成长的关系。经过理论剖析发现,心理灵活性作为一种关键心理素养,能够帮助个体以开放、觉察及价值导向的态度应对生活中的困难,接纳自身负面情感与体验,从而促进其在逆境后的积极成长。这种成长具体体现在个人力量增强、新的发展可能、人际关系深化、对生活的欣赏以及精神层面的积极改变等多个维度。本研究为此类院校在开展心理健康教育工作方面提供了理论与实践参考,建议通过接纳承诺疗法等心理干预方式提升学生的心理灵活性,从而助力学生将挑战转化为发展机遇,实现积极的心理成长。
This study focuses on the psychological development process of specific student groups after experiencing significant social pressure events.In this context,the physical and mental challenges faced by individuals are particularly noteworthy.Entering the stage of recovery and adjustment,it is particularly crucial to pay attention to the psychological adaptation and positive transformation of this group.This study aims to explore the relationship between psychological flexibility and positive psychological growth of vocational college students after experiencing significant stress.Through theoretical analysis,it has been found that psychological flexibility,as a key psychological literacy,can help individuals cope with difficulties in life with an open,aware,and value oriented attitude,accept negative emotions and experiences,and promote their positive growth after adversity.This kind of growth is specifically reflected in multiple dimensions such as personal strength enhancement,new development possibilities,deepening interpersonal relationships,appreciation of life,and positive spiritual changes.This study provides theoretical and practical references for such institutions to carry out mental health education work.It is recommended to enhance students'psychological flexibility through acceptance commitment therapy and other psychological intervention methods,so as to help students transform challenges into development opportunities and achieve positive psychological growth.
