摘要
寒流是我國冬半年的主要天氣因素,也是在日常天氣預報和國民經濟服務工作中氣象工作者最關心的事項。强大的寒流如寒潮每可以影响到全國,較平常的寒流也在有些地區產生主要影响,尤其是在沿海海上对漁民的生产工作方面。当前各生產單位不但要求凍害和大風量方面的準確,而且要求提早預報時間,以期有充分的对策准备。
In view of the possibility of detecting the singularity in the occurrences of winter cold spells in the lower Yantze region,the beginning dates of pressurerise spells are noted from 53 years of hourly pressure data of Shanghai.These spells are defined as shown in figure 1.The numbers of occurrences of the following three classes of spell pressure rise△p are tabulated:(1)△p■5mm;(2)△p■10mm;(3)△p■10mm with spell temperature decrease.△T■13C°.Three-day running totals of these occurrences are plotted as in figure 2.The results are discussed and compared with the storm calendar given by the Chusan Archipelago fishermen.Major coincidence between the analysis and the fishermen’s experience has been found.
