摘要
职业教育实习实训是职业教育人才培养中重要而不可缺少的环节,构建具有职业教育类型特色的实习实训考核评价体系是现代职业教育体系建设的重要任务。要建立“产教融合、校企合作”的多元化实习实训考核评价体系,需重构评价主体、评价内容、评价方法、评价技术手段,实现学生“职业素养、技能水平、任务绩效、学习成长”等职业能力的提高。建设职业教育实习实训考核体系,首先要完善制度设计与监管机制,细化考核内容,建立“岗前、岗中、提升”等阶段考核机制,建立基于数据的过程性考核形式,建立校企共治的“过程+结果”考核组织和考核成果实时呈现及时反馈机制,使职业教育的实习实训考核结果或证书成为真实反映学生在行业内竞争力和享有社会声誉的凭证。
Internship and training in vocational education are an indispensable link in vocational talent training.Establishing an internship and training assessment system with vocational education characteristics is a key task in building a modern vocational education system.It is necessary to construct a diversified internship and training assessment system based on“integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation”,reconstruct the assessment subjects,content,methods,and technical means,and realize the improvement of students’vocational competencies such as“vocational literacy,skill level,task performance,and learning growth”.To build this assessment system,first,it is essential to improve the system design and supervision mechanism,refine the assessment content,and establish a phased assessment mechanism covering“pre-service,on-the-job,and improvement”stages.Additionally,a data-based formative assessment method should be established,along with a school-enterprise co-governance assessment organization adopting a“process+outcome”model and a mechanism for real-time presentation and timely feedback of assessment results.This will ensure that the internship and training assessment results or certificates of vocational education truly reflect students’competitiveness in the industry and their social reputation.
