摘要
探讨初中生身体活动与BMI、超重/肥胖风险的关系。以770名初中生为调查对象,采用ActiGraph wGT3X-BT型三轴加速度传感器测量中高强度身体活动(MVPA)、低强度身体活动(LPA)和久坐(SB)数据,运用睡眠记录表测量睡眠(SP)情况,通过体重身高测量仪测试受试者的身高和体重并计算BMI,依据《学龄儿童青少年超重与肥胖筛查》评估超重/肥胖。采用成分线性回归、成分等时替代和潜在剖面分析探讨身体活动与BMI、超重/肥胖率的关系。结果表明,MVPA、LPA、SB、SP时间占比未能有效预测初中生BMI,MVPA、LPA、SB、SP之间相互替代对初中生BMI无显著影响;相较身体活动不活跃型与身体活动均衡型初中生,身体活动活跃型初中生的超重/肥胖发生风险显著更低。因此,初中生的身体活动与BMI之间不存在线性关联,但高水平身体活动初中生的超重/肥胖率较低。
This study aims to explore the relationship between physical activity,Body Mass Index(BMI),and overweight/obesity risk in junior high school students.A total of 770 junior high school students were selected as research subjects,the ActiGraph wGT3X-BT triaxial accelerometer was used to measure data on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA),light-intensity physical activity(LPA),and sedentary behaviour(SB),sleep(SP)status was assessed using a sleep log,a height and weight measuring instrument was employed to test the subjects'height and weight(with BMI calculated based on these measurements),and the screening of overweight and obesity among the subjects was conducted in accordance with the Screening Standard for Overweight and Obesity in School-Age Children and Adolescents;linear component regression,component isochronous substitution,and latent profile analysis were employed to explore the relationship between physical activity and BMI,as well as overweight/obesity rate.The results showed that the time proportions of MVPA,LPA,SB,and SP failed to effectively predict the BMI of junior high school students;moreover,the mutual substitution among MVPA,LPA,SB,and SP had no significant impact on the BMI of junior high school students,while compared with junior high school students who are physically inactive or have balanced physical activity,those with active physical activity have a significantly lower risk of being overweight or obese.Therefore,there is no linear correlation between physical activity and BMI in junior high school students,but the rate of overweight/obesity is lower in those with a high level of physical activity.
