潮湿环境下水性膨胀型超薄钢结构防火涂料施工技术研究

Research on the Construction Technique for Water-Based Intumescent Ultra-Thin Fireproof Coatings on Steel Structures in Humid Environments

摘要 水性膨胀型超薄钢结构防火涂料在环保、安全和防火性能等方面表现优异,且具备重量轻、附着力强、装饰性好的特点,在钢结构防火领域有着广泛的应用。以某大跨度钢屋盖通用厂房项目为依托,根据现场实际施工过程中遇到的难题,研究了潮湿环境下水性膨胀型超薄钢结构防火涂料的施工技术。结果表明,其在潮湿环境下容易因附着力不足而发生脱落。利用伯努利原理在施工现场合理地设置轴流风机,可以加速带走防火涂料表面水分,有效抑制脱落,进而保证施工质量。 Water-based intumescent ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coatings demonstrate outstanding performance in environmental friendliness,safety,and fire resistance,while also featuring light weight,strong adhesion,and excellent decorative properties.They find extensive application in the field of steel structure fire protection.Based on a large-span steel roofed general-purpose factory building project,and addressing challenges encountered during actual on-site construction,this study investigates the application techniques for water-based intumescent ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coatings in humid environments.Results indicate that in damp conditions,the coating is prone to detachment due to insufficient adhesion.By strategically deploying axial fans at the construction site based on Bernoulli's principle,surface moisture can be accelerated away from the coating.This effectively suppresses detachment,thereby ensuring construction quality.
