前后3次核算所得C30预拌混凝土的半生命周期碳排放量分别为236.01kgCO_(2)/m^(3)、258.30kgCO_(2)/m^(3)、216.55kgCO_(2)/m^(3)。
Ready-mixed concrete,as one of the most typical building material products, possesses significant potential for carbon reduction.Taking ready-mixed concrete as the primary research subject and based on relevant standards, this study examines the impact of carbon emission factors derived through different acquisition methods on calculation outcomes, analyses the rationality of selecting different system boundaries, and investigates the carbon reduction potential of corresponding unit processes.Three consecutive calculations yielded semi-lifecycle carbon emissions for C30 ready-mixed concrete of 236.01 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),258.30 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),and 216.55 kgCO_(2)/m^(3) respectively.Findings indicate that carbon emission factors derived from primary data obtained through field surveys of upstream suppliers better reflect the localised, regional, and seasonal characteristics of building material emissions. The selection of system boundaries should account for the production and application characteristics of different building materials, ensuring seamless integration of carbon footprint calculations across the supply chain.Furthermore, raw materials such as cement and manufactured sand significantly influence the carbon footprint of ready-mixed concrete.Employing low-carbon cement, optimising raw material mix proportions, and reducing carbon emissions during transportation represent direct and effective measures to mitigate carbon emissions in ready-mixed concrete.
