碳排性能导向下工业建筑快速反馈式设计工具开发

摘要 “双碳”行动持续推进,工业建筑作为建筑碳排放的主体之一,对其进行性能优化对于实现节能减排目标具有重要的现实意义。研究表明,在方案设计早期进行性能模拟并辅助决策,对改善建筑物的节能减排效果比后期采取弥补措施更为有力。然而,当前工业建筑性能优化研究相对薄弱,存在多性能耦合复杂、性能仿真平台不统一、设计模型与性能仿真模型转换不流畅等不足。因此,聚焦工业建筑方案设计阶段,旨在开发一种以运行阶段碳排计算为主的集能耗模拟、碳排计算和成本估算于一体的多性能导向快速反馈式设计工具,打通建筑设计模型与性能模型的数据流,实现设计方案在多性能维度上的及时反馈与优化迭代,有效节能减排,降本增效。 The“Dual Carbon”action is being continuously promoted,and industrial buildings,as one of the main contributors to building carbon emissions,have significant practical significance for achieving energy saving and emission reduction goals by optimizing their performance.Research shows that performing performance simulations and assisting decision-making in the early stage of the design scheme is more effective in improving the building's energy saving and emission reduction effects than taking remedial measures later on.However,the current research on the optimization of industrial building performance is relatively weak,with shortcomings such as complex multi-performance coupling,inconsistent performance simulation platforms,and poor fluidity in converting design models to performance simulation models.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design stage of industrial buildings,aiming to develop a multi-performance-oriented rapid feedback design tool for running-stage carbon emission calculation,integrating energy consumption simulation,carbon emission calculation,and cost estimation,and establishing data flow between the building design model and the performance model to achieve timely feedback and iterative optimization in multiple performance dimensions,effectively saving energy and reducing emissions,and reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
