摘要
阐述了我国室内空气质量管控方式从装修后检测及治理的后控制到以预评价为手段的污染物源头控制的发展进程。面对民众对住宅空气品质的高要求以及越来越严格的室内空气质量管控标准,在精装施工前对装饰装修材料的选材进行评价并对室内空气质量进行预评估,指导装饰装修材料的选用和优化,达到从源头控制室内空气污染物的目的。分析了室内绿色装饰装修选材评价体系主要的技术方法和评价方式,介绍了采用此体系进行污染物浓度预测值的实施流程,为确保装修后室内空气质量提供了参考和指导。
This paper outlines the evolution of indoor air quality control in China,which has progressed from a reactive approach of postrenovation testing and remediation to a proactive strategy of pollutant source control through pre-assessment.In response to rising public expectations for better residential air quality and increasingly stringent indoor air quality regulatory standards,it is essential to evaluate decoration materials and conduct pre-assessment of indoor air quality before fine decoration construction.This process guides the selection and optimization of materials.The ultimate goal is to control indoor air pollutants at the source.This study analyzes the main technical methods and evaluation approaches of the green interior decoration material selection evaluation system.It also introduces the implementation process for predicting pollutant concentrations using this system,providing reference and guidance to ensure acceptable indoor air quality after renovation.
