摘要
在大农业时代背景下,农业科学的研究与新农科研究生创新能力的培养,是应对现代农业挑战的重要手段。文章旨在探讨大农业时代背景下新型农科研究生创新培养机制的构建路径,重点分析当前培养模式在学科壁垒、实践薄弱、评价单一等方面存在的局限性,提出六项核心措施:以跨学科融合为导向,提升协同创新能力;以校企合作为主体,强化实践创新能力;以多元化评价为手段,激发创新潜能;以国际化合作为途径,拓宽全球视野;以创新创业教育为基础,培养实践与创业能力;以心理素质培养为重点,增强抗压与领导能力。通过这些措施的协同推进,以期为中国农业科技人才的培养提供有力的理论支持和实践指导,为农业现代化与可持续发展提供坚实的人才支撑。
Against the backdrop of the mega-agriculture era,agricultural science research and the cultivation of innovative capabilities among postgraduates in new agricultural sciences represent crucial means to address the challenges of modern agriculture.This paper aims to explore the pathways for establishing an innovative cultivation mechanism for postgraduates in new agricultural sciences within this context.It focuses on analyzing the limitations of the current cultivation models,such as disciplinary barriers,weak practical links,and singular evaluation methods.Six core measures are proposed:guiding interdisciplinary integration to enhance collaborative innovation capabilities;strengthening university-enterprise cooperation to reinforce practical innovation abilities;employing diversified evaluations to stimulate innovative potential;engaging in international collaboration to broaden global perspectives;integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate practical and entrepreneurial skills;and emphasizing psychological quality training to enhance stress resilience and leadership.Through the coordinated promotion of these measures,this study aims to provide robust theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating agricultural science and technology talents in China,thereby offering solid human resource support for agricultural modernization and sustainable development.
