摘要
为了研究实际工况中液压挖掘机铲斗的强度特征,利用LS-DYNA建立了柔性体铲斗实体模型与非线性显示动力学理论,构建土壤的本构模型;通过对铲斗挖掘土壤过程进行仿真,得到铲斗工作过程中极限应力值及铲斗的应力分布特点;所得结果为提高铲斗工作使用寿命提供了重要的依据,为铲斗的设计和使用提供一种新的手段和方法。
In order to study the strength characteristics of hydraulic excavator for bucket in the actual working conditions,established a solid model using flexible body by LS-DYNA,and build soil constitutive model that shows the use of nonlinear dynamics theory.Bucket digging through the soil process simulation,process work to get the bucket limit stress value,and stress distribution of the bucket;results provide an important basis for improving the work life of the bucket.For the bucket of design and use to provide a new means and methods.
