摘要
双头采油单螺杆泵靠定转子间接触形成密封腔室,腔室随着转子运动产生容积变化来对原油进行举升,橡胶定子在转子运动过程中始终受力发生形变,转子随之产生接触位移,同时受自身回转作用,转子会一直与定子发生碰磨现象。建立定转子碰磨动力学模型,采用有限元方法在ABAQUS软件中进行仿真分析,探究转子转速和转子过盈量对转子系统振动响应的影响,得到合理的运行参数,为双头采油单螺杆的应用提供理论支撑。
Double-head single progressing cavity pump forms a sealed chamber by the contact between the rotors,and the chamber produces volume changes with the movement of the rotor to lift the crude oil.The rubber stator is always forced to deform during the movement of the rotor,and the rotor then produces contact displacement.At the same time,the rotor will always collide with the stator due to its own rotation.A static rotor collision dynamics model was established,and the finite element method was used to conduct simulation analysis in ABAQUS software to explore the influence of rotor speed and rotor interference on the vibration response of the rotating subsystem,and reasonable operating parameters were obtained,which provided theoretical support for the application of double-head oil production single progressing cavity pump.
