摘要
陆氏针灸善用奇法,注重调节机体阴阳,改善脏腑功能,实现标本兼治。难治性面瘫是临床常见的顽固性神经肌肉疾病,治疗周期长且易留后遗症,严重影响患者面部功能。陆氏针灸治疗难治性面瘫的常用穴位以阳白、四白及颊车等穴位为主,并根据患者病情制定配穴方案,采用温针灸、巨刺法、电针和透刺法,有效改善患者病情,促进患者康复。
Lu's acupuncture and moxibustion utilizes extraordinary approaches,pays attention to regulating the body Yin and Yang,improves the function of zang fu viscera,and treats both manifestation and root cause of disease.Refractory facial paralysis is a common stubborn neuromuscular disease in clinical practice,with a long treatment cycle and frequent sequelae,which seriously affects the facial function of patients.The commonly used acupoints of Lu's acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of refractory facial paralysis include Yangbai,Sibai,and Jiache.The point combination scheme is formulated based on the patient's condition.The application of techniques such as warm acupuncture and moxibustion,contralateral channel needling method,electroacupuncture,and point-penetrating method can effectively improve the the disease condition of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
