摘要
目的:分析腹四穴温针灸联合经筋理论针刺法对顽固性面瘫患者面神经肌力与功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月在淮安市中医院门诊接受治疗的80例顽固性面瘫患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组行常规针刺治疗,观察组行腹四穴温针灸联合经筋理论针刺法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、面神经肌力、面神经功能、躯体功能、社会生活能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级标准优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后的Sunnybrook面神经评定系统评分、躯体功能(FDIP)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会功能(FDIS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹四穴温针灸联合经筋理论针刺法可有效改善顽固性面瘫患者的面神经肌力与功能,有助于躯体功能、社会生活能力的提高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at four abdominal points combined with acupuncture based on meridian theory on facial nerve muscle strength and function in patients with intractable facial paralysis.Method:A total of 80 patients with intractable facial paralysis treated in the outpatient department of Huai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with abdominal four-point warm acupuncture combined with theoretical acupuncture.The clinical effect,facial nerve muscle strength,facial nerve function,body function and social life ability of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function evaluation grading standard was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Sunnybrook facial nerve rating system score and Facial Disability Index Physical(FDIP)score of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function(FDIS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at abdominal four points and acupuncture at meridian theory can effectively improve the facial nerve muscle strength and function of patients with intractable facial paralysis,help to improve the physical function and social life ability,and have certain application value,which is worthy of clinical reference.
