焦炉煤气在氢基竖炉应用实践

摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和的背景下,氢基竖炉技术作为一种革新性的低碳炼铁方法,正逐渐成为钢铁业绿色转型的关键。焦炉煤气富含还原性气体,成为了氢基竖炉技术的理想原料。针对焦炉煤气不能直接应用于竖炉的问题,提供了一种焦炉煤气脱焦油、再生气循环捕集焦油、焦炉煤气裂解改质的深度净化工艺,并取得成功性验证,生产出品质合格的DRI,具有良好的应用实践。 Under the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,hydrogen-based shaft furnace technology,as an innovative low-carbon ironmaking method,is gradually becoming a key solution for the green transformation of the steel industry.Coke oven gas(COG),rich in reducing gases,has emerged as an ideal raw material for hydrogen-based shaft furnaces.To address the challenge that COG cannot be directly applied to shaft furnaces,this work proposes a deep purification process involving COG tar removal,recirculated regeneration gas for tar capture,and COG cracking and upgrading in the shaft furnace cone section.Successful verification has been achieved,producing qualified direct reduced iron(DRI),which demonstrates promising application potential.
