摘要
焦化行业合理利用富余焦炉煤气,是延伸焦化行业产业链、提高经济效益的关键。从产品市场需求、成本和产能等方面研究了利用焦炉煤气制甲醇、制化肥、制氢、发电、制天然气和制海绵铁等各种工艺路线的特点。研究表明,利用焦炉煤气生产高附加值的海绵铁,相对于焦炉煤气的其它用途,不仅可以延伸焦化行业产业链获得较好的经济效益,同时对促进我国钢铁行业能源、产品的结构调整,也有着十分重要的意义。
In the coking industry, suitable utilization of large amount of coke oven gas was the key to extend the industrial chain and enhance economic efficiency. From the product market demand, cost, capacity etc, the ways of coke oven gas to produce methanol, fertilizer manufacturing, hydrogen production, power generation, natural gas and sponge iron production were studied. The results showed that in comparison with to the other coke oven gas utilization, the sponge iron production using coke oven gas was a high value-added method to the coking industry. In addition, it also showed a great significance to the promotion of energy utilization and product structure adjustment in Chinese steel industry.
